The MuniServe eBPLS platform digitizes your municipality’s entire Business Permit and Licensing process — from online application to ePermit delivery.

  • Automated Fee Assessment

    Mayor's Permit, Local Business Tax, Barangay Clearance, and CEDULA are computed automatically from the LGU's own Revenue Code the moment an application is submitted.

  • Automatic PSIC Classification

    The system identifies the correct PSIC code from over 200 business types based on the applicant's business description.

  • Multi-Department Routing

    Applications are sent to Engineering, MHO, MPDO, MENRO, and BFP in parallel, with instant notifications and status tracking for every office.

  • ePermit Generation & Delivery

    Once payment is confirmed, an official ePermit is generated and emailed to the applicant with a QR code that anyone can scan to verify authenticity.

Billing & Subscription Terms

  • ₱9,999/month for the Standard Municipality tier, VAT inclusive. Enterprise City pricing is quoted per city based on scope.
  • Billed monthly. No setup fee on the Standard tier.
  • 1,000 SMS are included each month. Additional messages are ₱0.65 each, billed quarterly, with a usage report shown before every invoice.
  • Subscription payments are processed through Xendit, our payment gateway partner. Your first invoice is issued after onboarding is complete.
